Yet again something wrong, so eat half your meal while you wait for the other half to be corrected The number of permutations of wrongness you can get in one pizza + two chips + one pot of sauce is amazing, so many different kinds you'd think someone was ticking them off a list for laughs. Here's the problem, eventually you send a wrong thing that someone is allergic to, and then ordering from you becomes dangerous and it's just not funny any more, you've run out of second chances. Shame, your pizzas are excellent, and I'll miss them, but I can't be rolling your dice again

Pizza looked done but was very very doughy, as if it hadn’t been in the over at all. Also politely asked for a free garlic bread after spending over thirteen pound and didn’t get one. I order from here regularly so very disappointed

I’ve ordered from Valentino’s for many many years, however this will be my last order. My past two orders have turned up very late and cold. This order was terrible, small portions and food which looked like it has been thrown around in the bag with leaking juice / debris everywhere. Seriously guys, you have lost your A Game and I’m done with you.
